    I specifically purchase this item as "cordless" supposedly meant it was hard wire, which is what we needed. Well cordless meant exactly that - no cord, not hard wired, no way for it to work once installed. Had to pay more money to have an electric outlet installed under the sink and get a power cord.

      Hi Dlea, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience that this has caused you. When you buy uncorded/cordless unit, it can be connected via hardwired. The wires underneath are open wires. We offer both corded and un-corded units. Many retailers choose to carry the un-corded units with a separate power cord kit in order to accommodate as many people as possible. I hope this helps.
