It lasts just as long as the regular battery. It also comes with a little battery case as well to carry it around in which is nice. I film videos for youtube with it so its definitely a necessity if you have one of these cameras.

I guess as a battery it fulfills what it promises, the duration will depend on the configuration of the camera, it charges relatively quickly without getting too hot.

I very rarely go non-brand. Of course, as an Insta360 battery. It works perfectly fine last a long time.

But I do wanna say that I had to buy this spare batter because the battery that came with my insta360 camera was a dud.
