I love this camera! It's so easy to use. The video quality, editing tools, compact design, and low light ability is exactly what I was looking for. It beats using my phone to record. I can easily mount it to pretty much anything. Having a long battery life and memory card slot for expansion is great for all day or multiple day recording. It's also a bonus that it's waterproof and the rear screen is adjustable so I can see what I am recording from various angles. It's one of my best purchases!!!

Pros: - I think it has better picture quality than the Gopro 11 Black and 12. - Easy to operate, assemble, and use (similar to a GoPro). - Footage time isn’t partitioned into individual videos with a time limit of 20 to 30 minutes like the GoPro 11 Black. - Battery time is more then an hour. - Recharging time is roughly 30 minutes for a full battery. - can upload videos from your phone, by wifi, at 5Ghz speed. So download and uploads are faster than the GoPro. Cons: - Insta360 Software is just as clunky as the Gopro Quik Software. - Bottom attachment with the magnets don’t provide a great deal of confidence when you attach it to the AcePro. It requires a little bit of wedging, snapping, and forcing the hooks to attach. It isn’t a click it to the bottom and wins. You have to put some elbow grease and some force to secure it. - USB to USB mini is useless. You are better off buying a good USB to mini USB for $5 to 10.00 with the additional link. Setup: -AcePro with a 1TB mini flash drive, v30 speeds. It will be attached to my snowboard helmet via Gopro mount. Sidenotes: I think it is worth the price of purchase. It has more features and better quality than the GoPro 11 and 12, but the assembly mount and accessories are subpar at best. It is recommended that you purchase the card reader from the Insta360 site to transfer footage from camera to laptop the fastest. Two batteries would be enough unless you are taking footage all through the day. Hand gestures and voice commands are gimmicks. You can bluetooth most wireless audio devices to this unit for audio capture.

Definitely the best action camera in the market right now. I used to be a GoPro fan, untill I tried this one, so I switched. Had it tested for 2 weeks every day, in every light condition, low, hight, night, etc. Low light performance is amazing, plus detail in images is close to some Sony point and shoot cameras level. The 8K recording works great, screen is so hight quality, body feels premium, and magnetic mount ease your life so much. Right now this camera is way ahead of GoPro and DJI, regardless your preferences, you definitely have to at least try it out. Now, missing star for this one, is due to a serious issue, that, in my opinion, has something to do with the lense, which is so rare, because Leica is a master company when it comes to Lenses and precision components on their products. Minimum focus distance is too high, which means, subject needs to be farther than normal to be focused. So when you're recording, main subject is a little out of focus, but rest of things are well focused and sharp. I hope they fix that issue soon, because rest of the camera is just amazing.

I use my new cam for dashcam and filming jamskating inside rinks, and it's phenomenal. The video quality is wonderful, regardless of the FPS setting. The 'purevideo' takes advantage of the smallest amount of light. Also, it's compatible with a host of handheld and mounted extras (tripod, handheld stick, and dashcam mounting items). Battery life is decent. It does run warm generally speaking, but that is a by-product of the CPU doing it's magic. The Insta360 software is easy to use, and good for general editing.

Love this camera! The image stabilization is great, the lowlight capability is fantastic. The ability to flip up the rear screen is fantastic for framing shots. Battery life is good, I do recommend a second battery so you can keep the good times rolling. Exceptional video quality and the AI editing with the app is fantastic. I have this paired with an x3 360 and I love the shots I can get!

Love this little camera. Amazing quality and easy to use. I originally had a GoPro Max and was looking for something smaller and this did the trick. It is a bit heavier than expected but it’s not a drastic change mounting it to a helmet

Good quality also no overheating problem and one chage record close to 1 hour.

The Ace Pro has quickly become one of my favorite action cameras. The video quality is excellent, especially in 4K with HDR on, and the colors look vibrant without needing a ton of post-work. What really sets it apart is the AI-powered framing and voice controls — it actually makes capturing tricky shots a lot easier when I’m in the middle of the action. It feels durable and the waterproofing works as advertised; I’ve used it in rain and shallow water without issues. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, which makes reviewing clips in the field much smoother than older models. Battery life is decent, but heavy recording in 4K will drain it faster, so spares are a good idea. Overall, it’s a rugged, intelligent action cam that combines top-notch image quality with genuinely useful smart features. Great choice for anyone who wants something more advanced than a standard action camera.

This is an amazing low light action camera thay you can actually just put in your pocket. The battery life is amazing compared to my gopro hero 12 and I can keep shooting when the sun goes down. It doesnt have a removable lense but I have never scratched a lense before. My camera bag includes GoPro 12 Insta 360 X3 and Insta Flow for my iphone 14 pro max. I even had the DJI pocket 3 but returned 3 of them due ti mechanical issues. I definitely recommend this camera as its the perfect mix between vlogging , low light, and action camera.

Not an expert just a beginner here but the flip screen was the selling point over the 360 X4 for me. Im able to put the camera down on a rock or something hold up 2 fingers and it automatically takes the picture and the flip screen gives you a 3 second countdown so your able to view your pose. For someone who is new to action cameras it’s very easy to learn and use. The Insta360 app is pretty beginner friendly as well.

The ace pro is the best action camera ive used so far the main con to it is the minimum focus distance anything closer than 6ft is gonna look soft and if really close will be completely out of focus if you wanna get close you can get a filter adapter by make art now and use 52mm macro filters and be able to focus up close so it remedies that issue. All and all tho if you arnt hand hold vloging youself the video is beautiful and auto setting work great!

The Insta360 - Ace Pro is absolutely amazing. It does so many things so well. The Insta software is also great. It provides 8K @ 24 which is impressive. I wish I had time to try out it's capabilities. I bought the cage and 3.5mm mic adapter which work well too. The DJI external mic that links directly to the Ace Pro is another impressive feature. Superb execution by Insta360.

Best action camera on the market. It has great picture quality and videos. 4k 8k stills and video are great. Even night shooting is excellent much better than the competition and the flip screen is an added bonus. Great for selfies and blogging.

I have had many action cameras and prosumer level cameras, and I have to say im very impressed with this device. I love all my other insta360 products, and the trend continues with this one. The only downside is the fixed focal length if you want to be close up but otherwise great quality, especially in low light conditions.
