This refrigerator is more than just a fridge. It has a Touch screen IPad like feature that is incredibly. I can home and my wife is playing jazz music from the fridge. While showing her cook book on the screen as she is cooking.

So far so good the gimbal works great and really shines when I am making my weightlifting videos at the gym... all hands free and still finding out new things that gimbal does... I have upgraded from the original flow.

I recently purchased a Flow 2 Pro which I love - great product so no complaint there. Exteemely low star value reflects high dissatisfaction with the brand which destroys consumer confidence with the product.
However, when first connecting to the app the user is presented with a pop-up that offers a free 3 month warranty extension for registering the products to your account. I completed the process, but the warranty extension wasn’t applied.
I reached out to customer service and have had countless emails with proof of purchase, etc. However they are requesting a screen shot of the free 3 month warranty extension in order to apply their offer. Of course it’s not something that I took a screen shot of at the time and now can’t get back to that screen so it’s impossible to comply. (If anyone has a screen shot, would appreciate it if you would post).
I’m absolutely disappointed that Insta360 would make an offer then refuse to honor it by asking for proof that doesn’t exist once it’s been submitted.
I’m personally responsible for having hundreds of X4 cameras sold (and felt I’d do videos of the Flow 2 Pro as well which would sell many of these too) - never asked to and dime, did at my own free will - but sadly I’ve seen the customer service side (or lack thereof) of Insta360 and am highly disappointed.
If you buy their products and are presented with any offers for warranties, etc. please take screen shots because they do NOT honor what they’ve offered without them.

Bought 1 and found out it was not compatible with my iPhone 16, you need a special adaptor for it. No one knew what I was talking about at Best Buy and I had to educate them. I took it back and got a reliable DJI Gimble.

I really wanted to love the Insta360 Flow Pro, but it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. Right out of the box, it felt like I needed a full-on class just to figure it out. The gimbal kept randomly moving around and often pointed away from what I was actually trying to film. It didn’t feel intuitive at all, and I just didn’t have the time to go down a learning rabbit hole—especially with the return window quickly closing.
Maybe with more time (and patience), it could’ve worked better, but I wasn’t willing to risk being stuck with something that clearly wasn’t user-friendly for me. Definitely not a good fit for beginners or casual users.

after a month of use the gimbal arm kept going numb after 2 minutes of use, had to return, I recommend to never buy from Insta360 directly, always buy from best buy, insta360 customer service isn’t good.
