Video quality is excellent. I gave this a 4 out of 5 due to auto tracking not able to reframe correctly after going off camera and coming back in frame.

In order to get the best possible 4K quality, you need to provide a very bright lighting environment. All the other features were as advertised and worked well. Their app is easy to use.

The AI and rotating gimbal are quite adept at movement tracking and auto zooming. The whiteboard framing and focus feature is help too when using as a conference camera for hybrid meetings

The feedback from using it on discord, zoom, and even teams was horrible. People could hear themselves echoing terribly no matter what setting I put it on. Camera is good, but you can get the same quality for half the price. The mic (with thr “ai”) just simply does not work as advertised

When I asked for a replacement they said go to best buy even though the camera is over 3 months old. All becuase of poor software development and failed firmare updates and instruction in other languages....
