Gift Card didn't activate leaving hours on phone

I spent multiple hours with the chat bot, getting transferred between customer service lines where it wasn't their department or they wouldn't give me the phone line if I disconnected. Mistakes happening? No biggy, I assume it failed to activate it. Taking this long, this many transfers, and ultimately being told I couldn't be helped repeatedly? That's just garbage customer service. If you're not selling anything special, customer support should be exceptional. Some of the reps were definitely better than others, but overall the issue wasn't resolved.
