This is an excellent air purifier. Extremely easy to use. Fan speed, lights, ionic cleaner all have individual buttons. Readout of % cleanliness easy to read.

This is a really nice air purifier. It is really easy to set up. You just take it out of the box, unwrap everything, and plug it in. You can set it to auto, which I would recommend for most people, or you can manually set the fan speeds. There are 3 fan speeds, low, medium, and high. At low and medium, the unit is pretty quiet, and in most situations, you can't even hear it at those speeds. At high, it is a bit louder, and you'd easily be able to hear it even in a little bit louder environment. In auto mode I have never heard the fan go in High speed. So 99.9% of the time, this thing is whisper quiet. Also, in auto mode, it kicks itself into Eco-mode, which is great to save energy and keep noise to a minimum when the air quality is high. What it does, is if the air quality is high, it will turn the fan off completely and check again every ten minutes to determine if it needs to turn back on. Next, I'll talk about the display. It is a really nice display and easy to understand and use. Everything is clearly marked. There's really only a few controls and are all pretty intuitive. Power turns the unit on and off. Auto turns auto on and off. The fan icon changes fan speed manually. The light icon changes the brightness levels. The Ion button turns the plasma ion function on and off. This is the only one I'm not really sure of, I just always leave it on. And finally, the Info button switch between air quality info. You can choose to see airquality in terms of a percentage, or PM2.5 ratings. One of my only real issues with this unit is the lights. Overall, they actually works really well, the way they turn on only when needed, or when you approach the unit. The one thing that is a bit of a head scratcher to me, is that only the outline of the buttons is lit up, not the icon themselves. So in a dark room, you only see a bunch of lit up circles, with no icons, which humorously enough, form the shape of a smiley face (not sure if that was intentional or not). But because the icons aren't lit, unless you've memorized the layout of the buttons, you really have no idea what each button does. It really just kind of defeats the whole purpose of the lights. But in the end, I have found myself not really using the buttons much anyway, since you just kind of set it on auto and forget about it. In conclusion, this is a really nice air purifier which is really easy to use and does a great job of cleaning the air. The design of the light up buttons could've been a little more well thought out, but you probably won't use them much anyway, so it's not a huge deal. Definitely would recommend this product.

The unit works very well just leaving it on automatic, the nite mode is almost completely silent, so far I'm very happy with the purchase.

Well worth the price against competitors, my onky complaint is it really doesnt do anything dor odor.
