I was hesitant to sign up for the 50 page monthly plan for my hp 6978 printer. I'm glad I did because it is a wonderful plan and I no longer have to worry about running out of ink. It's well worth it.

I recently purchased a new printer and signed up for this program. I think it's a super idea as ink cartridge replacement is so costly. I signed up for the $2.99 per month plan as I am not a heavy printer user. So far, so good!

I was a little cautious when the salesman described this option, but decided to try it. I chose the 300 pages for $9.99 monthly, which is only 0.333 cents per copy! And the convenience of not having to purchase ink is a huge timesaver -- you always have new cartridges (that arrive at your doorstep) ready to put in shortly after you put in a new set of cartridges. Depending on your printing/copying needs, this is definitely worth trying (you can change/cancel at any time).

For only $3.00 a month? How can I not love this deal? I only occasionally need to print something, and it's a relief to not have to deal with ink issues. Pre-paid envelope for re-cycling used cartridges is great!

Love it I use too HATE buying ink the ink would be 20$ less than the printer itself. At 2.99$ a month can’t beat it this monthly deal. No hassle of having to go out and buy ink either.

Who doesn't want free/low price plan ink? I had troubles with inkjet printers with ink. my usage is very low.. some times I may not use for couple of months.I have to buy every time I need to print something. some times ink will just froze it just won't work. or sometimes one of the colors ran out and I had to buy all. very very very frustrating. Now with this plan I can pay (or pay nothing) for what I'm going to use. great plan. Initial account set up took some time. It took about 45-60 min, but now I'm enjoying it. Already received first set of "free" ink cartridges. can't even imagine getting free cartridges. Hope this works well for HP.

i lov ethat i don't have to go to the store and buy expensive ink , its great that they notify you when you are very low on ink levels, this will save people a lot of money and its very easy to use

I'm not fond of the monthly page limit and hp tracking my printed page count but I like that I dont have to order the ink on my own and automatically arrives at my doorstep.

I do a lot of printing for my home based business. I upgraded to 300 pages per month and went through that in less than two weeks. I called HP and fond out that they have a 500 pages per month plan for $14.99 per month and $1 for each set of 30 additional pages (which is roughly the same rate and the the first 500 pages. They even included an extra set of cartridges to make sure I won't run out of ink. A set of cartridges costs about $100 in the store and I was using a set every two months on my previous printer (HP Office Jet 8600). So if that holds up, it will cont me about $21 per month instead of the $50 per month I was paying.

The ink will never be run out from my printer. We always be on time.. no more excuses for this bless and of course is cheap.. Great Idea about the ink refill.. Great job HP team

This is one of my better purchases. Ink arrives as I need it and the order includes a mailer to return the empty cartridges. I have definitely saved money with this purchase.

I use my printer at home maybe a few times a month. This hp ink plan gives me the convenience of never running out of ink. It's cheap and tailor made for my estimated printing needs. The cartridges were bigger than the standard ones that my printer originally had but that's because they have more ink and are supposed to last longer. You have to keep your printer online or at least occasionally so your printer can signal to hp when you run low and then they send you the replacement cartridges. You will be notified every step of the way so there are no surprises. It also comes with a self addressed plastic pouch for recycling the used cartridges, just send it back to hp. Smart.

We purchased this when we purchased a new printer. When the ink in the printer gets low it orders more ink and it arrives in the mail before you run out. The cost is well worth the convenience.

I bought the Envy 5540 for my home business, decided to try this verses store bought ink. Much cheaper and conveiniant! I love the service and ink arrives before I run out!

ABLE TO GET INK QUICKER AND CHEAPER. PRINT IS CLEARER TO READ. FOR THE PRICE I RECOMMEND ANY COLLEGE STUDENT TO GET ONE.

I'm happy to let HP track my usage so that I don't run out of ink. It's $36 a year for 50 pages a month. It's a lot less than I was spending before. The plan was easy to sign up for.

This program and price is nothing short of worth it. I never go without ink before it sends me new ink. Just make sure you have wifi in order for it to work!!

I'm in the trial period and am allowed to print 300 pages (color and b/w) for free! Have been printing lots of pictures for school. Already got my new ink package. THAT was very nice because I always dreaded ordering new ink. It's expensive and I'd always delay to the point that I'd always run out and then HAVE to order/purchase. When the trial period is over we'll see how I like it. No contract so if I go over the $2.99/month for 50 pages. I like that it's HP brand and no fuss with ordering from a "savings" site. Tried that and got burned once. Seems like it will work well but we'll see once the trial period is over.

I've only had this about a month now, and I already received my first shipment. It's a great value for the money, it's convenient, and I can see where it can save a lot of money plus you won't run out of ink; however, I'm still undecided whether or not I'm going to continue past the preview period. If someone makes a lot of copies, it 's a great service.

Setting up my HP printer was so problematic it required 4 separate live help sessions from HP to accomplish it. Most of the ink that came with the printer was used by the HP reps printing test pages and chat transcripts to check the printer as they worked. I asked for another set of ink free to make up for it and my request received no attention. Instant ink is a great program, if you can get and keep the printer working
