Setting up my HP printer was so problematic it required 4 separate live help sessions from HP to accomplish it. Most of the ink that came with the printer was used by the HP reps printing test pages and chat transcripts to check the printer as they worked. I asked for another set of ink free to make up for it and my request received no attention. Instant ink is a great program, if you can get and keep the printer working

Great idea especially if you do a lot of printing. to not have to worry about running out of printer ink at a crucial moment is so convienent.

This is not a tangible product, but a service provided through HP. You need to have a compatible printer in order to use this service, but the service pretty much pays for itself. I ended up not needed a 300+ page package, so I will downgrade to a smaller package. The ability to have HP monitor your ink usage and automatically send you ink when you need it is AWESOME! This is much less money than purchasing individual cartridges all the time, and for significantly more money.

This is a great way to save money on ink. Ink is shipped right to your door and the printer determines when ink is low and places order via email. Easy to set up.

Just started this program. Easy to set up. I received my first set of ink cartridges which I received in the mail with in a week. I have not changed them yet. Still using the cartridge that came with the printer. The first set was free. This should save us money. We don't print many pages. We purchased the least amount of pages which is about $4.00 per month.

Get this subscription! It will save you a lot of money: ink is delivered right to your front door or mailbox before you run out of ink in your printer. All you pay is the subscription!!! This is Saving me 100’s of dollars!!

We recently bought a new printer and decided on an HP, primarily due to this program. This product takes the most painful portion of owning a printer out of the equation, in my opinion. Within a week and a half we had our first delivery, preparing us for when we run out. They sent me an email notification during a trial we have to let me know that we would go over if I didn't upgrade. It is early on, but so far I am very impressed with how well thought out this program is. I also feel the pricing is fair and reasonable.

I was really skeptical when I first bought the refill system membership card for my HP 7460 E All In One Printer & Fax ink cartridge, until I tried it out. I followed all the instructions carefully and presto! My cartridge was filled and was working perfectly. I don't have to pay full price for my ink no more and they onliy send it to me and charge me when ever my print run out of ink and they send it to postal free. You want regret having the hp discount card.

The Instant Ink Program is purchasing pages printed not new ink cartridges. Yes, they do send new ink when needed. Just be aware of this depending on your situation. In my case figuring what I would spend purchasing ink, it seems to be a good program cost wise for me. Just be sure to purchase the proper plan for your needs. If you cancel the program the cartridges in your printer will not work even if they are full and new. You will need to purchase new on your own.

I like this plan's monthly price but don't like that I'm limited by how many pages I can print. At first I went with the lowest, $2.99 per month price for 50 sheets but discovered with all the recipes I enjoy printing that 50 sheets went pretty fast so I've switched to the plan just up from that for twice as many sheets and hope that's sufficient. The ink lasts a long time so I save money there as ink cartridges can get rather pricey. I think, for the small price, it's a great deal and I say go for it!

This is the only way to purchase ink. They tell you when you need refills and they are mailed to your home. This is truly a great deal

This program is very simple. The cartridges reorder themselves! You can't beat that, and the price is great!

I've been using HP Instant Ink for the past two months, and I haven't had any problems with it. It was easy to set up the program, and I got replacement cartridges right way. I haven't had to use the new cartridges yet, but they're ready and waiting. Convenient and inexpensive way to buy ink, especially for someone who doesn't do a lot of printing.

Saves me a ton of $ on ink. I love his service. I change my serive plan accordingly to the amout of home work that is given to me.

Took me a minute to wrap my brain around this, but once I did and signed up, I'm hooked. Already got my first set of ink replacement without having to order. Exceeded the allowed number of pages on my plan, but the first three months are basically free, so no problem. Depending on my continued needs, I can easily upgrade for very little cost.

We don't print a lot on our color printer and this has been great to have to ensure we will continue to get ink. You also cannot beat the price.

This is great especially when you don't have to think about it, you will have ink ready all the time and worth it for all the new HP Printers.

Personal use. Printer uses two cartridges (1 black/ 1 tri-color) using the sole black cartridge with the tri-color for color prints; I try to print primarily in black, but usage appears to be two black for a single tri-color. Ink usage and renewal appears to be based on pages printed; on my 2nd black cartridge but still using the initial "setup" tri-color. At $3/$4 per mo., the Instant Ink program would appear to be cost-effective - time will tell.

it saves a lot of money as compared to buying ink. hip ships ink even before you need it. its so convenient and money saving
