I print a lot for school and it has been a blessing to my bank account since I'm a student. I receive a new ink cartridge nearly once a week and I have never been without. Definitely worth it!

Never run out of ink again... eady and inexpensive solution to that frustrating problem. I honestly used tojust go and buy a new printer each time I ran out of ink( no joke) with this, problem solved :)

This is a nice feature from HP. You sign up for the plan that works best for your needs. They automatically send you replacement ink when the cartridges get low. Its genuine HP ink, not the unreliable aftermarket stuff. They start you out with a back up so you are always ready with a spare. I estimate that the 300 page per month program ($9.99) will cut my costs 40% per year. Best of all I won't have to worry about shopping for the best deal on ink I already got it and its delivered to my mail box

Great program to get into especially when you get free ink.

Purchased for my daughter to use in college. It will allow her to print in full color at the same price as a black and white draft. The only drawback is she lives in a dorm room now with a shared router so she is unable to use the service. Oh well, next year when she moves into an apartment she’ll be done with boring black and white prints.

I love the great ink price and the convenience of delivery, but had to adjust instant ink plan several times when I had more printing to do than normal in order to not incur overage charges on plan.

We bought an HP printer for ourselves and our daughter. The ink is much more reasonable than our present printer. We bought two printers and the ink program for less than one ink replacement for our old printer.

How convenient can you get? This is a great service and I like it a lot!

I think it is excellent, to be able to choose the option of copies that you calculate you are going to use a month and to be able to pay so little for the ink.

I really like this option. The ink last longer and you always have backup supplies on hand when you need to change ink cartriges, without having to make a separate trip to store to buy. Convient to keep you stocked with ink based on useage. the only negative I have is if you have a printer that breaks and you are stuck with all the ink that was sent based on your useage there is no option to return unused ink all you can do is send back ink cartridges even if never used in the box they were sent, no refund. But, other than that it is great program.

This is working good so far. I got my first ink delivery very quickly.

When I bought the new printer I signed up for Instant Ink. I haven't had to replace the ink yet but they already sent new ink for when I do. The price is reasonable.

I love the fact that I don't have to drive somewhere to get my ink now!

Best merchandising Idea ever thought of, and its to the benefit of the consumer!! If you use your printer you should have this on every HP printer you have. Unfortunately this service is not backwards compatible. Cartridges contains more ink than the standard replacement so less hassle less often. Never run out of ink again! Once in place works seamlessly for product delivery and free recycle of spent cartridges. In fact you never even think about ink until you receive a notice that the printer itself has ordered replacement ink, well in advance of need! The service on top of that is Very, very, cost effective.
