Did not get to use it. The basic accessories which this Instant Pot was supposed to come with were missing. We ordered home delivery to avoid going to the store during the pandemic, but ended up going to the store to exchange and order a new one for shipping. Fingers crossed to see if the new one comes with the basic accessories promised!

Not easy to use. And the lid is Preethi much different

Came up nicely. But doesnt work as per what I was expecting it to be.

It had me at Pulled Pork :) I did a 2.5 pound pork roast and followed the recipe for root beer pulled pork for an electric pressure/multi cooker and it turned out great, and was ready to eat in 45 minutes. We did add a little bottled BBQ sauce to the sandwiches as we made them to get them to that just the way we like em point ;) The meat was fully cooked, tender and separated easily with two dinner forks. Clean up was super easy as it was all done in the stainless steel inner pot. We bought the Instant Pot IP-DUO60 which is a 7-in-1 programmable cooker that is supposed to speed up cooking by 2~6 times and use up to 70% less energy. The inner stainless steel cooking pot is made very well with a super heavy duty metal. The entire unit feels like its components are equally well made. It's really easy to use and has 10 safety features making it less frightening to the beginner using a pressure cooker. Since it is also a steamer,canner, you can saute in it, a yogurt maker, rice cooker and warmer, I wouldn't say I will use it every evening but I can see me using it a lot. I was hesitant to buy one, seeing it as another kitchen appliance gadget that I would end up sitting on a shelf in the basement, but after just using it once I can pretty much say that is not likely to happen :)

Works good. Need to learn how to use all of the features :-)

The only button that works on this pressure cooker is the sauté button, very unsatisfied with this purchase.

Used it twice. On second time something went wrong. The bottom melted. Returned.

pressure cook aspect takes longer than it indicates, does not flavor or lock in flavors in meats and poultry as well as a slow cooker..

High quality, the materials feel nice/solid. Works great. Many different options and seems to cook things faster than our previous pressure cooker. Easy to use

Made baby back ribs and mac and cheese the first outing with this. The ribs took 20 minutes (after a 5 minute warm up) and 10 more in the oven to caramelize the sauce. So tender and tasty. The mac and cheese only took 10 minutes (with the 4 minute warm up). Looking forward to trying many different recipes.

This is just an all-around great kitchen appliance. Bought this for each of my two sons when they went off to college.

Loved using the pot. Easy to operate and fast results. But it stopped working after 10 months. Used it one day, unplugged then went to use again next day and nothing worked. Bought new cord but not the cause. Was a Christmas gift. Contacted support and they wanted receipt plus 5 or 6 photos of pot including receipt which I do not have since it was a gift.. A little research shows it is likely the fuse which requires taking pot apart to get to fuse {at bottom} and requires soldering wires on each end to replace. Will not purchase another one
