Never cannot lid on correctly as won't start. Tells you when you can start, when you can open. Easy to clean. Do wish it had come with a manual; otherwise very pleased. Thanks.

Read Manual Carefully

Demonstrations on Youtube are what made buy this. Just beware the instructions that come with it are very unclear. I was under the impression that the ORANGE RING that comes it was an extra part. But, no, you really need to install it, as i found out the hard way. My first meal never came up to pressure and scorched the pan pretty badly. I still ate the spaghetti and meat sauce that wasnt burned. It was good. Also, i couldnt figure out where the condensation cup was, and order some more. Whereupon, my roommate discovered the original on the pot. Make sure you install the enclosed ring. (Though i feel like every pot is different).

Posted .Hello KatherineS. This model should come with 2 sealing rings, A clear ring that is usually pre installed in the lid, and a spare red sealing ring. Please do not install the red ring over the clear ring, If you are missing the clear ring, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance in getting a replacement.

Easy

The only con I see is you can only fill the water up a little below the 1/2 line, otherwise it will OVERFLOW. If you cook in big batches, you might wanna get a bigger one. But 6qt is just perfect for me!
