I am having some issues using the the steam function as it’s giving me an error message but IP customer service got back to me right away and troubleshooting it. I’ve used other brands of pressure cookers and this is by far the best. I don’t know the big differences with the duo or the crisper and only have had the pro.

I had some trouble and accidentally damaged some parts and instant brand customer care team quicky issued replacement part for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.
