    I use it all the time. Experimented on frozen chicken breasts with spices and chicken broth, on pressure cook , high, for 20 minutes and it came out great for the casserole.

    We have been avid users of Instant Pot since at least 6 years. It was time to switch and the better thing than Instant Pot was a new Instant Pot. We went through with the idea and are loving it.

    I love my instapot I use it constantly. My only issue with it has been when cooking rice. It all sticks to the pot no matter how you cook it or how long.
