Posted .Hi JohnnyV. A little butter or cooking spray can help with sticking. Additionally, always remember to deglaze your inner pot after sauteing and before pressure cooking.

Best Instant Pot Yet!

The Steam release feel much safer. The lid seals itself just but turning it on. The Pan has nice Rubber handles, and there are just so many preset settings that it makes cooking convenient. Would recommend to anyone!

Lots of improvements over previous generation

What a terrific decision! In addition to holding more food, it's got more options without complicated controls. I love it!

Nice upgrade from my DUO model

Especially the new pot handles. Plus I got the matching glass lid. Display is nice and easy to use. This is my go to tool for my Chinese dishes.
