      Hi JohnnyV. A little butter or cooking spray can help with sticking. Additionally, always remember to deglaze your inner pot after sauteing and before pressure cooking.

    We upgraded from an Instant Pot Duo 6 quart and I couldn't be happier. The Steam release feel much safer. The lid seals itself just but turning it on. The Pan has nice Rubber handles, and there are just so many preset settings that it makes cooking convenient. Would recommend to anyone!

    I love the new steam gaurd on the vent, the handles built in to the pot, and the improved screen and wheel interface is nice too.
