Highly recommend 2in 1 for the price. I enjoy having my morning coffee.

This is the only machine I'm aware of that processes both Nespresso Original Capsules and K-Cups. The rear water tank design keeps this dual-function machines' footprint to a minimum. It works well and I'm very pleased.

Best coffee maker ever. The first machine broke and Best buy gave me a new one. BB is the only place to shop.

Works great, use use both Nespresso and Keurig Cups.... Super quiet, and quick to brew, and bwstof all minimal maitenance. Large water tank is most definetly a big PLUS!

Coffee is hot I can do expresso or k cup from the same machine brews quick it takes up more space than most but its worth it has the coffeehouse quality amd uses any brand

The coffee pot has been wonderful so far! This is actually our 3rd one like this! Hopefully it last longer

1. quit working after 5 months. 2. Completed warranty information online and did not hear anything back. 3 Called after one week had passed and they said warranty information wasn't complete and they would send an email requesting information. 4. completed email information and they said they were sending an new coffee maker and I would be notified when shipped. 5. A week later I contacted them, because I did not hear anything and they said their warehouse was transitioning and would take a couple of months to get a replacement. 6. I have bought a Keurig so that i have coffee while this company tries to get it together. This is not an inexpensive purchase and I expect more from any company. Horrible experience and I still do not have the replacement.

Very happy with the performance of the coffee maker, however order was incomplete. Advertised as Open box-Excellent, but was missing the reusable pod. Online chat with customer service could not resolve the issue, wouldn’t ship missing item or provide a $8 credit so I could order myself. Was told I had to go to a store for further assistance, not worth it for $8 item. Point of principle here, the open box was ordered online & shipped direct from Best Buy. Why do I have to go to a store to resolve an online order? Very unhappy & disappointed with Best Buy on this occasion!!

Works great, and does both original nespresso and kcups.

Sometimes you just want a Apple Cider Keurig or a perfect expresso. It worjs good but wish it had a little more pressure on the Nespresso dude. Otherwise it works fir me.
