I had issues with the first order I received and replaced it with the new one, which had the same problems. Poor quality and water leakage happen often, and the product cap won't work long. I tried two products, and they are all the same. Cheap quality built. Don't get attracted for the exterior design and buy it.

Cooks the rice very well. Really wish it had measure etched into the pot to make water to rice ratio more accurate
