Crappy Customer Support.

After less than a year it started throwing error codes and wouldn’t work. While contacting Instant Pot customer service they’ve made the whole process of replacing my IP a hassle. They take weeks to get back with you. I’m still in the process of replacing my Instant pot, if it isn’t replaced I don’t think I’ll buy another. It’s embarrassing after buying two more for family members.

At least mine and many others did as well. Thank you Instant Pot for your worry free stainless steel bowl!!! This model is a little more expensive, so if you don't "have to have" the pretty touch screen, I'm sure the other Instant Pots will make you happy!

When cooking under pressure does take more time than expected to come up to pressure (15-30 min) and down from pressure (20-60min.) Canning feature is awesome but only can fit 4 pint jars. Have made yogurt, tastes great! Giving 4 stars because this model is not compatible with the air fryer lid add on :( very disappointed, when purchased the associate said it was.

I like all the added things that come with it. I'd like to know if anyone has done any small batches of canning with it? I think I will try stuffed green peppers first! See how it goes.

Lots of different meals can be cooked quick. The only thing that constantly gives me a burn error is when I cook rice or any other grains.
