I love this Instant Pot! It is so much more versatile than an ordinary pressure cooker. This little machine should make the pressure cooker go the way of the dinosaur!

The Max works great until it doesn't. A known bug according to Wired is the E-19 bug. An error code which cannot be recovered from. We hit the error after about 6 months of use. Instantpot's method of support is a long, tedious replacement by mail scenario. DO NOT BUY THE MAX.
