It's either high or low. But if you are only goona be air frying or baking this is perfect. I am giving two stars because I am very dissapointed not being able to turn off the convection setting.

DISGUSTING-- Sprays oil out the back during use !!

Oh, and its loud and the fan doesn't shut off for 5 minutes adter every use and you can not turn off convection feature.
