BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE

Avoid this model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These 5 star reviews have to be fake. Bought this model from 2 different stores. Both of them had the same issue brand new out of the box. Either it was stuck in preheating and burned the food or it took 35 of preheating before it finally went to cook. I have a relative who has a different model, and it preheats in 15 minutes. It's completely ridiculous. There aren't many things that can cause it - silicon seal, valve, and the steam release setting. Everything was sealed properly and set up properly. It's simply a poor design.
