My hot pot

It is wide and so easy to sauté and then close and cook. Overall this is a one stop shop for me. All in one and easy to clean which is important to me.

Stopped Pressurizing

I had this instant pot for 5 months before it stopped sealing pressure. It would for simple things like rice but anytime I did anything other than rice, like soups or meat it wouldn't seal. So effectively it would boil my food as it was trying to seal and steam would roll out the sides. I did all of the recommended tests from instant pot and couldn't get it to work. I finally exchanged it for another one thinking maybe I got a defective product. The replacement also did the same thing, would do rice but nothing else and steam would roll out the sides. Finally gave up and exchanged for a different model. We will see how that goes.

Great Purchase

We have been looking and researching for a while to find an electric pressure cooker, so when we saw this one we knew we had to purchase it! Works Great!

Bad lid design

The lid retains so much liquid!! Its gets in between the layers and leak EVERYWHERE! I opened it, set the lid aside, and burnt my hand from the leaking...now im getting error c7....going back to my old reliable....
