Worked great for a year then random malfunction in the sensors rendered it unusable

The best thing ever. I like the pot itself. It is wide and so easy to sauté and then close and cook. Overall this is a one stop shop for me. All in one and easy to clean which is important to me.

I use the instapot often, very eady to use, cooks our meals fast.

I really wanted to love it, since I owned a 4 quart instant pot for years and this was an upgrade. I had this instant pot for 5 months before it stopped sealing pressure. It would for simple things like rice but anytime I did anything other than rice, like soups or meat it wouldn't seal. So effectively it would boil my food as it was trying to seal and steam would roll out the sides. I did all of the recommended tests from instant pot and couldn't get it to work. I finally exchanged it for another one thinking maybe I got a defective product. The replacement also did the same thing, would do rice but nothing else and steam would roll out the sides. Finally gave up and exchanged for a different model. We will see how that goes.

We were excited for a new, wider version. The lid retains so much liquid!! Its gets in between the layers and leak EVERYWHERE! I opened it, set the lid aside, and burnt my hand from the leaking...now im getting error c7....going back to my old reliable....

Used for 2 months and has already started having issues. It wont release the steam, or if it does, it wont let me remove the lid. Ruined so much food trying to get this to work. I should have got the original. That one lasted me a few years with zero problems...

I highly recommend this pressure cooker; it's a top-notch product that's incredibly durable. It's my go-to for cooking, and I always rely on it without hesitation.

Exultant product .. this pot is as expected, I like the width and the shorter pot makes cooking a 5 pound chicken easier
