Check your router features first!

However it doesn’t work if you’re router combines 2.4 with 5 GHz into a single SSID. My latest wifi 6 router doesn’t support splitting SSID’s so this “smart” pot is actually dumb. Don’t replace your new router, instead get the regular dumb pot and save your money.

Wifi does not work

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a long time because the WiFi keeps disconnect from the pot, there is not costumer service line, I wrote an e-mail and they are taking a long time to answer, it works like a regular instant pot, the WiFi and Alexa do not work, practically every time you start using it you need to set up the internet connection and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Waist of money

Was skeptical on how much I actually needed this thing and whether it would be worth keeping around the house for the random times when I need it, but I am now convinced. VERY QUICK. Easy to use. Everything in it so far has come out amazing. Perfect for any kitchen enthusiast

Waste of money and time

Its easy to press the buttons but they do not work as expected. Food its not cooked when insteuctions followed for the program and minutes recommended

Forget wifi

Doesn't work with mesh wifi like nest
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have mesh wifi like I do and can't separate your bands to force this to pair on the 2.4GHz frequency, it's not worth the money. Most smart device manufacturers have addressed this issue in their manufacturing and mesh routers such as Nest won't render devices incompatible but not Instant Pot. This isn't stated upfront in the description either that I could find that it will not work with mesh wifi systems.

Bad sensors

Turns out the sensors were bad after I goggled the error it gave me. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Pressure sensor stopped working
