My son and I immediately made a batch of vegetable soup which tasted so much like Grandma's soup (gasp)! Love the pressure cooking function, and am excited to create new meals with my Instant Pot.

No matter what I cook, it will not over cook! I love that it goes into keep warm mode to ensure my product remains at the appropriate food safety temperature! It warns you if your food begins to stick or burn. I learned this cooking chili. I was thoroughly impressed with that feature! I haven't found a negative detail yet!
