    So glad I bought this. Saves so much time and the food is awesome! Tons of recipes online. Make sure you soak the plastic seal in water and vinegar after cooking.

    Having a hard time learning how to use it. The instructions are not very good. I've used in once and it was okay. I made a piece of pork it was pretty tender.

    I have only used it a few times but so far I am disappointed that it’s not very “instant.” I mostly have only used the pressure cook setting and it takes way too long. To finish a roast I had to do 45 mins, then 30, then another 25. That’s too long for me. I could just use my separate pressure cooker. I bought the instant pot so I could cook faster but so far I’m not seeing the benefit. I will continue to try other settings and maybe those will work better.
