    I purchased this knowing it is a 20 cups due to the fact that it would be useful when just incase a have a party, but then I tried doing 10 cups it was fully filled and rice on top was not cook, I wanted to return it but Best Buy but purchase was non returnable... I wish i got it at Amazon. Definitely not recommending this

    Rice not that pluffy and still Love my tiger Rice cooker..It can only warm the Rice for 10 hours
