My issue wasn't with the processor, but the screws it came with. One of the screws didn't quite fit the standoff. It took me 3 days to realize this was causing my PC to crash. Mind you, this did come with an extra set of longer screws, and since my case was a custom build, I was able to swap out the screws. Once I made the swap, I didn't have any more issues!

Great processor, amazing value still running strong even after the 13th gen I bought to replace it died.

If all you do it game get this CPU. You can't beat the performance for the price. Do check out the list of games that don't work though with 12th gen processors. Something to do with the different cores. Otherwise this is a steal.

Easy to install, but you'll have to buy your own fan as all the Intel CPU's ending in K don't provide their own. I went with a Noctua NH-L9i-17xx low profile cooler for $55.

it works great. I just have to read up on Performance and Efficiency cores but it definitely is a performance upgrade from my old i7-4790k CPU. This CPU is a great start for my new PC build and hopefully with my new motherboard upgradable in the future.

EXCELLENT performance but uses a lot of watts. This processor pushes the work out. It is worth the cost. The only downside is the built-in graphics are not ANY good for playing action games. You will need a separate video card for gaming.

When I was building my first PC, I didn't want to pay for a scalped GPU, so I bought this for the integrated graphics. I have no complaints so far. I'm able to play games like Overwatch without any issues and that's good enough for me.

Not a lot to say here really. Overall a great CPU and by far the best bang for the buck. You primarily use your pc for games this is absolutely the way to go. Don't pay hundreds more for a very small percentage of extra power.

This CPU runs amazing on newest games, and also makes them look great too.

I am absolutely blown away by the performance of this CPU. I paired it with a 3070 and there is zero bottleneck. I am getting 300+ frames on Siege with Ultra settings on. Cant go wrong with this CPU.

This is giving me a whole new experience especially with my online games.

This CPU has got to be the best 12th generation for its price point. Rather than going with the I seven or the I nine which cost much more, the CPU has almost just as much performance when it comes to gaming

Perfect for my needs. Maybe a little over-kill, but I wanted to future proof a bit. I went from a 4th gen i7 to this. Smooth and buttery performance. I'm not a gamer, so the i5 is perfect for me.

Great for your every say run of the mill game. Went from a 4th gen to a 12 gen almost newest out there. What a step up!

Works extremely good and have never experienced and issue as this was my first pc build.
