    Fantastic CPU, great for gaming and workbench builds, with some tweaks its just as fast as the 12900k would definitely pick this up if you are in the market for a new cpu

    After checking benchmarks from this to the i9 13th gen, I went with this one. It was cheaper and offered almost identical benchmarks.

    Runs a little hot however with good thermal paste and the combo of the thermal grizzly cpu bracket its got solid performance.

    Very beefy and noticable upgrade from an i7-6700k. With an OC 3080 it's able to play almost all my games at or close to 4k 120hz. It's just chugs so quickly through massive processes. It'll clock up so quickly and clock down for efficiency. All my most cpu heavy tasks all seem to be nothing when I throw it at this. Now my GPU is back to being the bottleneck in my system which is typically what you want. Emulating PS3 games in 4k and this CPU makes it very possible and very playable at even some of the more intensive games

    Gladly I never had issues with the whole motherboard wattage issue going on last year. I use my computer for editing, and could not ask for a better CPU.

    Very fast i7 13700k. It is faster than the i9 12th gen. Just make sure you get a water cooler to keep it cool

    Absolute beast of a CPU. Huge upgrade from my 3700x, running 5.3Ghz all-core. When idle it's in the low 30s with around 15 watts or so. When gaming on 4k it's in the 50s and pulling around 100-150 watts. In Cinebench R23 I got a score around 30k, and the hottest the CPU got was 67c. Just for clarification I have it with a CPU Thermalright Contact frame, a MSI MEG Coreliquid S280 aio cooler, and a Lian Li Air Mini with Phanteks T30 fans on all slots.
