This is an amazing cpu, no doubt about it. However, the 13600k(f) has almost identical performance for $100 less. Not sure why anyone would need the i7

I was originally using an AMD processor, the R7 7800x. I had zero issues with the chip, I just needed a build with Thunderbolt 3, so I got this chip. I fell victim to the CPU killing itself. Half of the games I played already had a bunch of issues to begin with and struggled to work with the chip, but because I can't afford a new chip I powered through until the end. Moral of the story, this chip was horrible. Intel, please improve your drivers, I couldn't even play any unreal engine game on it.

Was deciding on this i7 13700kf or go with the more expensive I9 13900k. Glad I was able to pickup this CPU on sale for $349.99. Does everything I need it to do. Was able to OC to 5.4ghz, 16 cores, 24 hyper threads enough for high demanding task such as web browsing, watching videos, playing graphical video games, video editing, photoshopping, etc. Will last me for years to come.
