Just upgraded from an i7 to this i9 for my gaming PC. Wow, what a difference is speed, smoothness, and quick booting up time! Intel is known for being the better processors for gaming and this processor does not let you down. Highly recommend for your gaming or everyday use personal computer.

If you’re looking for the best gaming CPU it’s hard to beat Intel 10 series unless you’re the type to get hung up on price/performance. I’m a pc enthusiast I simply want the best and I personally am willing to pay for it. I understand not everyone is and there are more affordable options that aren’t that far behind this CPU. If you’re more into multitasking then AMD is honestly probably a better choice but if you’re looking for pure gaming nirvana then I always suggest Intel and the highest one you can afford.

Took a couple chips to find a great one, but running nice and cool with an all-core overclock of 5.2 and voltage under 1.3. Try that with the 11900k! Not overclocked this thing hits the advertised 5.3 without even breaking a sweat, and at sale prices is a no-brainer

Intel is #1 for a reason. The 10900k has amazing performance and hands various programs and applications, like a beast. Please be warned that it will run very hot compared to other cpu's so significant cooling will be required.

The I9-10900K is ultra fast and easily overclockable. I have mine comfortably OC'd to 5.0 GHz paired with a custom water cooled loop and could easily push more if I wanted. Awesome processor.

Best Intel CPU they've got now

I had purchased this CPU for my new PC build. Goes great with my Asus Maximus XII Hero Z490 motherboard. It's quite overkill for gaming since there are other better options like an i7 10700k or one of AMD's Ryzen series, but I wanted something top of the line. If you're looking for Intel's current top of the line CPU, this is it. Amazing performance, and if I want to, it's easy to OC through my Asus motherboard. I definitely noticed a huge performance leap from an i7 3770k from my old build to this CPU on my new build. Just be prepared to invest a decent cooling system since this CPU runs fairly hot plus there's no stock fan in this one. It's just a CPU in the box. If you're going just for air cooling, invest in a Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler along with some decent case fans. If you're going to do some heavy OC, invest liquid cooling system.

I used this and was cooled with the corsair h150i cappelix also sold by best buy. Yes you do need a triple rad to get cool temps on the i9-10900k on full load and keeping it in a 49 degrees load. So yeah its a great processor.

Fantastic processor, and fast in almost all applications, especially those which take advantage of multi-threading technology. Overclocked it under water @ 5.2 almost out of the box.

10 physical cores and 20 logical with the hyperthreading, this processor is a beast. I paired it with the Noctua NH-D15, which keeps it cool inside a Phanteks 600S case, which has great airflow.

Best but is had the best price for this cpu and it can handle most things with ease unless youre running an intense benchmark that will cause it to be around 70degrees C with a 240mm AIO cooler

Very strong gaming CPU. I was disappointed in the loss of 2 cores when compared to 10th gen but still, this is a powerhouse gaming processor. My memory controller wasn't so hot and I had to reduce memory overclock considerably from the 10900K but that's just luck of the draw. Temps are fine and the CPU runs much cooler than what I anticipated from reading pre-purchase reviews.

This is capable of things i7 cannot do in Blender for example. Six times faster cpu render on the BMW benchmark. Might be getting hot, but so far so good.

Bought this processor some weeks ago and the performance is incredible. The price I got in best buy was also the best out there when I got it (not cheap, but close to the suggested retail price); most of the retailers were overpricing it at two or three times its normal price, since there was a lack of stock. Ordered it online and it was delayed for several days, but called customer service and they found stock at a nearby store, so I went and picked it up.

Unbelievable fast processor with a lot of internal memory for faster work. 10 cores and 20 thread, makes short work out of running games.
