    Excellent upgrade processor on sale for Black Friday. Made a world of difference to my gaming and daily function with my PC. I used geek squad to install and it was really cheap.

    Upgraded (kinda) from 10850k to this one it did let me use fast ram and increased my OverClocking by 7%. It was on sale for 399.99 not to bad for a i9

    Its a good CPU for gaming, but be aware that it runs hot. I wouldnt recommend overclocking it too high. Also Its a bit over-priced for the core count you get.

    Paired with some boards, these run hot as heck. The lower cache compared to AMD led to some performance issues on some of my applications/games. Honestly didn't notice the difference between the I7 and I9 and in some cases, didn't even feel like there was any improvements to versions from years ago. I'd rather wait till there are changes that improve quality of life for a PC and performance rather than just trying to make them smaller and tack on a small booster to upcharge everyone.
