I have used QuickBooks for our small farm business, for more than 15 years and I can sincerely say "This software program is great for beginners too." It saved me many hours from the time when I used to do all my accounting manually. Having to post all invoices and checks to a columnar ledger, then transferring to a general ledger and finally having to calculate all columns was very time consuming. Then I still had to hand write or type all my financial reports manually. "Thanks to QuickBooks", now I just enter my invoices or checks and they automically get distributed to the proper accounts and with just a click away I can then get numerous financial reports and view my business performance at a glance. The payroll option is a great tool also, making the year end much easier and faster to report federal and state taxes.

I have been using QuickBooks for many years and needed this update, which works wonders for me and my home business.

I use QB Pro and Payroll in our small business. It takes a little setting up, but it is worth it. Saves a lot of accountant $! QB keeps you in the loop about where your business is financially. Also, you're able to invoice customers and there are a lot of extra features I don't currently use. Definitely recommend.

Quikbooks has been very helpful to me in organizing and running my small business. The payroll module is great, and while it takes some work to set it up, makes payroll simple once setup is complete.

I couldn't run my business without QuickBooks, but they are horrible about keeping you on the hook. I use payroll and, even though I purchased this boxed set, I have to call Intuit to update the activation. They won't activate it without a credit card, and one year from now they will try to charge me nearly $500 to renew the payroll activation. Every year I have to buy the boxed set, call to get it activated, and demand that they cancel the previous activation so they won't charge me $500. It's tiring amongst all the other work it takes to run a small business.

We are a small company that has started doing our own payroll again. We decided to use the QuickBooks module for it. It has been very easy for us to set our company up!! Thank you!!!

Very simple and fairly intuitive to work with. Some initial setup might require specific foreknowledge for templates etc. All in all very satisfied

Best Buy had a great price, and of course store pick up allows it to be a convenient purchase. We bought it to manage our payments and taxes for our nanny. So far it seems to work well for our needs!

I use QuickBooks for my business - invoicing and payroll. It is fairly easy to figure out and use.

I was impressed with how user friendly the software is. I was able to set up everything with ease, bill my customers and collect the cash.

I've been using Quick Books for over 15 years and I will continue to use it, its a great program. I've used it for 3 dental practices and 1 campground with no problems. I recently purchased it for my son's contracting business. This is the first time I've done books for construction, so far so good. The one disappointment I have, is the cost for the payroll subscription. The cost for 1 employee is a bit over the top. There is no way around it, unless you don't do payroll. For a new business, it's quite an expense for the software and the payroll subscription, which has to be renewed every year. Other than that, I would recommend Quick Books.

I bought it because a friend of mine recomend it and its easy to use and help me to control all my business or personal finances.

Looked at many online services including quickbooks online. End of the day I went with desktop to allow multiple company use.

Have used QuickBooks for years. A payroll subscription for a year with an upgrade at really no extra cost. No brainer!
