I'm satisfied with the program but i'm disappointed in the lack of support from Quickbooks on a new program. I guess Desktop Pro doesn't get the support the Quick Books on-line receives. I didn't know that. I wouldn't recommend the product - but I would recommend the interested party be informed about the difference between QB On-Line and QB Pro
