Initially, upgrading QB 2013 to QB 2016 went smoothly. However, I began having issues when doing bank reconciliations. My beginning balance had somehow changed from prior month. I had been very careful before selecting "reconcile now" and knew my reconciliation for prior month was correct. At some point, QB notified me that my files needed to be "rebuilt." When that happened, dispursements that I was in the process of checking as cleared did not appear in the uncleared column. I first went online and found several other people experiencing the same issue, but their solutions seemed very confusing or complex. I spent several hours going back 2 months and correctly identifying items that needed to be manually marked through the bank register to correct this issue. I love Quick Books and have used it for more than 14 years. But, Intuit needs to repair this issue.

If you are doing any kind of accounting, this software is good and mostly walks you through everything. It does hit some hiccups in doing some online banking, but that can be expected with all the different systems it is expected to deal with. The help support can easily help you out though without really any difficult.

We have used QB's as our small business accounting system since it was available to the public. QB's has proven to be user friendly and has all that our business needs, and more!

QBPro has many standard and custom reports, but, if they don't think you need to display or see something - you can't. - The inventory control goes from "simple" in pro directly to "Advanced" in Enterprise - with no middle ground anyone who need "just a little more" than basic.

I didn't need all of the features of the program but overall it works for what I need. I don't like the way it records expenses-having to create a bill and then paying it versus scanning a receipt in to track....but I am a rookie with the program so maybe I'm missing something

this is a simple to install bookkeeping program that is very intuitive and produces a great number of reports for the user and makes the tax process easy at year end
