I purchased this item because I heard great reviews from others. I had delayed getting it because I was unsure if it would fit my needs, but then when I saw that QuickBooks had a money back return policy, I got it. After installing the program and trying it out for a few days, I realized that it would not work for my needs. Calling the company and working to get the product returned and refunded turned out to be a nightmare. Multiple phone calls, time spent on hold while they "checked with the supervisor" was way too long. Nobody would just give me an address to send the product to...they continued to try to get me to keep the product and insist that I just wasn't using it properly. If I had known that getting the item returned / refunded was going to be such a drawn out and ridiculous process, I would have never tried QuickBooks. Make sure you REALLY want this software before buying it! :(

This is the best software to use for self accounting. You will get the money back on tax time for sure. Very easy to use.

Product loaded well. I have not yet upgraded to windows 10. Converted my Mac backup just fine. So far so good!

Quickbooks is integrated with our specific business software. Its easy to learn and use, even for an old guy!!

Perfect for a small business just out the gate. Affordable and ease of use offers a users friendly application.

Best buy price was quite a bit less the upgrading through Intuit. Only minor changes in the interface. Have to upgrade if you do stuff on line . Only real fix is that you can now install and run one copy on more that one computer NOT AT THE SAME TIME. The 2013 version didn't allow that. Recommend if you need this or need your on line access access is blocked.

Bought this for my wife while we were away from the office in Spain and she loves the features of the program.
