After using Quick for Windows for many years, there was a unlearning and learning curve; but after that the program worked exactly as I expected it to.

I have been using Quicken for Windows since the late 1990s... I bought this for a Mac and couldn't believe how different it is than the newest Windows version I have (2014 Home and Business)!!! It makes no sense that they would design them so differently. It was tough to get around the program. I know the Windows version like the back of my hand and even through the years as they've updated it, the learning curve has been minimal... I'm always up and running right away. Very disappointing that they didn't do the same between Mac and Windows.

Had to contact Quicken and do a download. It looked like you could do it but once the package was opened, I found only the disc. Brought it back to store where I was given a cheerful refund. All worked out well as I got a ten dollar discount for Internet download.

I was forced to purchase the this new software when i upgraded my iMac. The 2017 was just released and as expected they are trying to get me to upgrade already. Can't chase technology.....

With the last upgrade I was looking at other programs but I still liked the ease of use with this program. Easy to understand and easy to use.

Why won't Quicken put the same amount of effort into their Mac products as they do for their PC products. Stay away ... big let down if you are used to Quicken PC products.

This program is very easy to use and will keep all your information in easy to read format.

This software was to upgrade to Mac PC no issues so now I am able to use quicken on my new Mac computer

Quicken excellent for keeping track of budget and bank balance.

mint does the job better and for free. this SW does keep the information to your local that is the only advantage I see.

I have used Microsoft Money for a tremendously long time and after buying my MacBook, I had to figure out what to do in order to keep track of my finances. This is very comparable to that program. It is user-friendly and I look forward to learning more about it and how it can help me track my finances.

I have used Quicken for Windows for many many years and have been happy. When I read that Quicken had finally made a "full featured" version for a Mac I went out and bought a Mac and Quicken 2016 for Mac. The file transfer appeared to go ok. When I began to use the Mac version I was surprised and disappointed. When I entered stock transactions like reinvested dividends the program entered the new shares but also entered a negative transaction several years earlier making it appear that the share total remained the same even though the balance should have gone up. After many hours on the phone with technical support. they saw the problem but could offer no fix.As far as I know they still have not corrected the issue. Another disappointment was that the Mac version cannot deal with linked equity and cash management accounts. This is pretty basic. Now they want me to buy the 2017 version. I don'r think so. Even though I love the Mac, I wish I had stayed with my trusty PC.

I had this in the windows version. Still like it and like the updates.

Purchased Quicken for Mac 2016 after reading blogger's favorable review. Most accounts loaded and tracked fine, but a few had problems. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes due to "high call volume" I hung up and returned the product. "If not satisfied simply return within 30 days", but apparently not to the store of purchase. You must pay to ship it, then wait for a refund. Also, now I get emails from Quicken regarding many of my accounts. I've deleted the program, but Quicken is still tracking my accounts. Waited again for 18 minutes for customer support, and they could not understand what the problem was. I explained that Quicken was still in and out of my accounts and I wanted it to stop. She said to delete program and stop using Quicken and all would be OK. I had program one day. Deleted it and returned it (finally did get refund, less shipping). Months later Quicken is still tracking my banking and credit card accounts. Very frustrating.
