    Lowest priced version, very usable for returns with "routine" income and standard or itemized deductions (not complicated investments, etc.) Can easily re key info into State of Calif. web site on-line return.

    I did my taxes manually and then with TT. What a difference, TT got me a bigger refund it was because of the interview feature. Will definitely use it again next year.

    Have used a TurboTax product for past 10 years, normally a more robust product. Had a simple return and was not preparing for others this year, therefore, used Basic product which worked well.

    Turbo Tax is always the best tax program. And if you are looking for the Canadian pension funds, TurboTax has a whole section on this.

    My only complaint I have is that was recommended that I upgrade to the deluxe to maximize my deductions on my home. No new dictions were found.
