I've been using the Turbotax software to prepare and file my taxes since 1998. Have never had a problem! After my initial use in 1998, it has taken very little time to complete my taxes. All of my personal data is automatically carried forward to the next years tax forms. Additionally, all of my W-2/1099 forms already have the payer's and recipient's information on the current forms and all I have to do is input the income figures. Great time saver in tax preparation.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. It is easy to use for someone like me who does not have a lot of computer skills. It covers all my possible deductions. I can e-file for free.

Have been purchasing Turbo Tax since inception of the software. It gets better and better every year! Very easy to navigate. Has the appropriate security precautions. Easy to file electronically. I buy the boxed because I like a hard software program for important docs.

Takes you through all the steps, imports previous data, imports W2s, and E=files. Makes taxes simplified!

It is the only tax preparation software I have ever used . Yes there have been changes since last century, but these adjustments one takes in stride. Turbotax does all the calculating, you input the information. Your outcome will directly reflect the accuracy of your input, plus any changes in tax law that may affect your payment or refund. I would have rated it 5 stars if all I had to do was scan the info in lieu of typing it.

I have used the Turbotax.com website since 2008 to complete my taxes. Every year I pay for Turbotax Deluxe in this platform. It has all my information and makes using Turbotax simple and easy. The online version to me is 4.5 or 5 stars out of 5 product. I figure this year it would be the same, however, I saw this product at the store and bought it thinking that since it has the exact same name as the product I always use, Turbotax Deluxe, that it was the same product but distributed in a different format (such as buying a game for Xbox One on Blu-ray vs an online-only download at the Xbox online store). The same exact experience just a different distribution system. I presumed that the box would likely contain just an activation code (like a Steam code or an Xbox Code), instead, it has a CD of all things. The PC/Mac version despite having the same name as the online version is a completely different product and not compatible with the online version (cannot just populate your data based on what they have online). I had to mail this junk back to Turbotax to get my refund. The PC interface looks awful like a Windows 95 or even Windows 3.1 program. It uses a CD when most computers don't even come today with DVD or Blu-ray player. Its a clunky, old, slow application, likely marketed primarily to legacy users who haven't used the much neater and smarter online version. If it wasn't because I wanted my refund I would have placed the CD on the microwave to see it sparkle or used it as a frisbee. About as clunky a program as an AOL internet CD. What an awful looking interface. Ended up buying the online version and returning this piece of junk to Turbotax. No thanks! you can tell most of the work they have done the past few years is on the online version and this version is increasingly clunky and prehistoric. If you sell two different products that are not compatible with each other, do not call both of them TurboTax Deluxe, that is confusing Intuit. Your 60-day money back guarantee is the only reason this is 2 out of 5 stars. I wasn't just dissatisfied with the product, it was the most antiquated piece of junk I have installed on my computer in years.

I have used turbotax for years to prepare all of my family member's taxes, including mine. Never fail, the preparation and filing is seamless and we have never had any problems.

I’ve used these for about seven years now. Very precise and it works great! You get the most deductions available for the price. Definitely recommend.

I file tax myself at home, so I choose TurboTax Deluxe to do it. The software is very easy to use and understand. It can also maximize your tax return with several benefits.

Does a good job for its year. Carries over info. If you know what to do and don't like or need to answer questions, it has all the forms necessary.

I've been using this product for over 15 years. I've never had an issue with it. All of the forms are included and it's never made a mathematical mistake.

Since my accountant retired and since I can only use the standard deduction these days, this software does a great job for us. And, I can efile.

The software is very intuitive and makes filing taxes simple. Pulling information from the previous years tax returns saves me a lot of time.

I've used TurboTax since it first came out quite a few years ago. In 2017, I knew I had a huge refund coming, and I wasn't well, so I filed an extension and wound up filing right before I did my 2018 return. I was able to prepare and print the 2017, but had to mail it in because of tax regs. For 2018, I needed to report the sale of a home and TurboTax walked me right through the whole process. In summary, in all these years, I've never been audited and have only once made an error (in my favor)--which wasn't TurboTax's fault. It's a shame taxes are so complicated if you want to itemize, but TurboTax definitely helps wade through the mess.

If you know nothing about filing a timely and correct tax return, then buy this. I do have fairly good knowledge of IRS taxes, and the good thing about this product, it makes you look at everything, just in case you forgot. If you have all your paperwork together (that's a big issue no one can help you with), it'll take about two hours to complete and file with our IRS buddies.

Easy to use, asks you lots of questions to make sure you didn't miss anything. Worth the money to get it right.

I have used Turbotax for years. You will not find an easier product to use. Results are always on the money.
