Have been using TurboTax for many years and it gives me confidence that my return is done right. It pointed out two different tax credits this year that I didn't think about which saved me more than the cost of the software. The E-file was fast and I had money back in my account about a week after I filed. I checked several sources and the price here beat or met anywhere else I checked.

This product is very easy to use. It gives you step by step instructions. The only issue I have this year is you have to pay $40 to download state forms & $19 to efile the state forms. In the past you were given 1 free state tax download. The state downloads should be free like the federal tax.

I have used TurboTax for years. The instructions walk you through step by step and my daughter who had never done her own taxes was able to navigate quickly. I have previously used the Basic and the Premier so there are programs to match your specific needs. Use your own computer save a copy for next year and the data basics transfer quickly freeing up more time.

I personally use H&R Block, but I was helping someone with their taxes and they’ve always used Turbo Tax. I like how there’s the different levels of service; i.e. if you have a business, if you just need the basic, if you only file for Federal taxes. You pick the one that applicable so it’s not a one-size cost for stuff that may not apply to you. I also like how it’ll import info from previous years as long as you have the appropriate file for the system to read. The reason I only gave this 3-stars is because Turbo Tax needs to fix their software so that someone doing a married joint filing as a surviving spouse can actually e-file with their software. This year’s taxes were rejected twice with an error of the AGI or PIN from the previous year doesn’t match. All that info was imported from previous Turbo Tax files and I verified the numbers. I found a goodly number of folks online having the same situation where the info is correct, but it gets rejected by the IRS when trying to e-file. The commonality is that it was because a spouse had died and the surviving spouse was trying to file. Frankly it was hours worth of pain in my rump since this is the first time I’ve had to deal with this situation. The only good thing about having to mail the forms in was that Turbo Tax gens up the forms with the info you entered and gives instructions on what to include and where to send it. I haven’t had heavy issues in previous years of filing regular married joint, so it’s a decent product for folks not dealing with a deceased person.

I use Turbotax every year. If nothing else it does all of the initialization and carries over knowledge from last year without doing anything on my part. Even though the increased standard deductions and my age have made itemized deductions not worthwhile anymore, I still enter everything to make sure.

Worked great (as always). Installed easy. Used to do taxes by hand, but the saving data from year-to-year, import of W2's, makes it much less painful. Easier than locating an accountant and would have to gather paperwork either way.

I use Turbotax for several years now and it has always made the tax filing process easy for me. The step by step instruction really makes it simple especially for someone like me without any tax filing knowledge. The free e-filing is a big plus and quick. I highly recommend this product.

This product I have used since 2000 and will continue to use again when tax time comes around. If you get all your papers in order to take to your tax accountant you just did all the work for them and end up spending money you could save, try Turbo Tax and you'll surprise yourself.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 12 years to do my annual federal income tax and have never had an issue. One year I tried a different brand of soft ware (H & R Block) and was not as satisfied with that product.

As usual, a very good product. Works as designed asking you all the questions you would need, or let's you take complete control yourself. Make sure to have all of your paperwork on hand before beginning and you will be done in no time.

Intuit TurboTax Federal guides the user through the tax return process step by step. By questioning every category it completes the return for the user and then checks for errors. User ends up with a copy by form and copy is electronically filed.

Turbo tax is a program that I purchase every year. It does a great job walking me through everything I need to do to get my taxes completed. It does a check at the end for errors and even does a check for the chance of you getting an audit.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for since 2005. One unfortunate year (2014) I used a different company because the Turbo Tax was out of stock. Never again. I will wait for this to be in stock. Extremely intuitive.

Best Tax return program available. We stopped going to brick and mortar for a while now. And we would have it any other way. Very easy yo navigate and input information. Would definitely recommend to others.

No easier way to do your taxes than turbotax. I takes you through everything. If you run into something you do not understand, they have people you can call for answers. Great for the price
