Love the pricing and ease of use with the Turbotax . I have used Turbotax for over 20 years. Very accurate and easy to use. The assistant offered by Turbotax accountants is also a plus. I have recommended the software to friends and family. They all have been very pleased.

Turbo Tax is worth the $50-ish, especially if you have multiple family members filing. It has been accurate for us over the past about 7 years we’ve been using it. I gave it a 4, however, because it is still time consuming if you have itemizations, and takes me at least twice as long as the PROS did when we paid a couple hundred to have them done, and I always finish with a headache. Still worth it if you’d rather use the savings somewhere else.

I have been using turbotax for several years. It remembers my information from year to year so it makes it easy to to complete my taxes. It includes one federal E-file but you have to pay extra to E-file your state taxes. I wish it would include one free State E-file.

I have been using this software for 10 years now and its great. It has great support, very user friendly and very accurate. I even tested it against getting my taxes done at H&R block, which costs $400 and got the same result. Definitely would recommend this!

I have been using this program since 1997 and can’t see not using. Because l’ve work for the same company for over twenty years all that information preloads and the only information I have to input is the amounts. But that information can be downloaded if you want.

Turbotax pros: Helps stay organized and navigate the confusing process of filing taxes. I was able to make sure that I had all the documents I needed and enter the information correctly to properly file my taxes and ensure I got my proper refund. Turbotax cons: Hidden fees, endless propaganda to upgrade services, and does not work with with Windows 7. Make sure you read the fine print, this will not work with older version of windows and you cannot return media purchases once opened. In the description is says it includes 5 federal returns and 1 state return, this is misleading. I filed for my family only and it still forced me to pay an additional $20 before I could file. There was no way to avoid this payment. Also, through the entire filing process it constantly pushes you to pay for additional services and presents in a way that makes it appear mandatory, but you can skip them if you find the small print to skip. It asks if I would recommend this to a friend. It depends on who it is. I would not recommend it to someone who is not computer savvy but I would recommend it to someone who is because even though you get tricked with the hidden fees etc.. ultimately it serves its purpose of making sure you file your taxes properly.

The instructions for downloading the software were not clear without opening the sealed box. I didn’t want to open the box, because I thought I might have to return it to Best Buy and do a separate online purchase to download the software. While the outside of the box says that it is for CD/Download, the process for downloading was not clear. I called customer service for TurboTax and was initially told they could send me a download link, but they needed to know the license code, which was presumably inside the sealed box. I went ahead and unsealed the box and fortunately the download instructions were pretty clear. I guess it would have been nice if there were more information on the outside of the sealed box other than just “CD/Download.” I have used TurboTax for years, but this was the first year that my Mac would not use a CD. Thankfully, TurboTax worked well as it has in the past.

It does the job well and through it we could file federal taxes electronically for free. Since we have used it for years, it also quickly imports information from previous years making the process fast, and giving historical comparsions.

Wouldn’t think of doing my taxes without TurboTax. Easy to follow step by step, checks entries, alerts for missing data, audit check anytime not just the end, backup or print plus secure filing = peace of mind & at very affordable $.

Worked fine. It will NOT pull in last years return produced by Block. It expects a file extension named .tax. Blocks online help was useless on how to convert the .T19 file to a .tax. My return was relatively simple, so I decided to enter everything from scratch rather than waste hours trying to figure out how to convert last years proprietary file. Phone support from intuit was great explaining this, and the online support found an exact match for the one problem I did have with my return, which was quickly fixed. Once submitted, I actually got my federal refund in one week, I'm still waiting for state. I expect next years return will be a piece of cake, because I will use TurboTax again, and will pull in this years return without problems. I'll probably be done in an hour.

I have been doing my taxes for several years now with Turbotax. It is by far the most accurate, user-friendly and intuitive tax software on the market. It has helped me maximize my return every year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, ever since it first came out. It is so easy to enter my info each year since everything from previous years imports auto-magically. It’s easy at any moment to either work on what I want to, or have Turbo Tax walk me through everything. There is no way I could keep up with the ridiculously complicated and evolving tax code, but Turbo Tax means that I don’t have to be a tax expert like in the old days. Since the Trump Administration’s simplified tax structure and increased Standard Deduction, it may no longer be necessary to spend the extra money for Turbo Tax Deluxe, but I’m sure the new 2020 Administration will complicate things again. I love eFile for both Federal and Arizona state taxes. Refunds come very quickly.

I have used TurboTax for many years and understand updates get pushed out during the tax year. Turbotax has always done a good job with getting the correct tax items inputted as they come out. A few years ago, the company sent me an email when they found an error in the software after the tax season ended. They made sure I got my amendment submitted to get everything corrected. It was good to know they were keeping track of this for me. I would recommend and will continue to use TurboTax in the future.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, it is very easy. It saves your information from the previous year so if you forget something you get a reminder. The price is reasonable, I just wish they would allow one to submit the state taxes online for free like the federal. You have to pay extra for this, so I always submit a hard copy instead of paying.

I’ve used TurboTax for years. It’s easy to use, cheaper than an accountant, and answers most questions. I only had to search the web a couple times when their help/question explanation wasn’t clear enough to me.

Efficiently calculates taxes. Straightforward and transparent. The only negative is the consistent nag screen that appears when the program that asks if you want to register. Declining once should suffice.

We do our own taxes every year with turbo tax. I have a side income and this easily handles those expenses as well. Works best if you use it every year so it can automatically import data from last year

Always easy to use and up to date! Even did the calculations for the unemployment exemption! Asks you understandable questions so that you don't have to know all the tax rules!

Turbo Tax Deluxe Fed + Efile state 2020 is so easy to use, and it is very thorough. You can import W-2 forms from employer, which makes it easier to get started for processing tax returns. You can also send Fed, and State tax returns separately, and they can be filed at different times. This is handy if you don't have everything you need for completing a state tax return, and want to get Fed return submitted. We have been using TurboTax for about 7 years, and during this time, we tried using a competitor tax filing software product for one year, and we found TurboTax to be easier to use.

It does what it is supposed to do, just like previous years, with no fuss at all. Have tried a couple of others over the years, but always come back to TurboTax.
