We have been using TurboTax for years. Does the job, and the whole family gets to do their taxes and file Federal online. Great how it guides and asks questions to determine which forms need to be completed.

Easy to use and offers assistance when needed. I would recommend to anyone that's tried of struggling with their taxes. I'm also excited that they still provide an option to use CD or website. I prefer CD!!

I've been using Turbo tax for years. It's like a tradition in my family that we share this software. Despite it says (1-user), you still can use multiple times. I have friends and coworkers pay $$$ for tax prep.

I came in with my eight year old HP Envy (I purchased from Best Buy) for a review by Geek Squad. It was over heating and needed a tune up. Without being pressured they began to ask about the way I use it, and discovered it never leaves my desk and is used more as a PC. I decided to purchase a new PC and an preferable keyboard. The sales person listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions never making me feel rushed. I was notified promptly when my PC came in and made an appointment for the technician to transfer all of my data from the laptop to the PC. As is usual the service was good, the sales and technical help was friendly and informative. We have had great service from Best Buy in Oro Valley for years.

Have been using Turbo Tax for around 20 years and it has saved me thousands in accounting fees. It makes doing taxes painless except for sending the money to the IRS!

This is a great product if you have relatively simply finances. It's easy to use and file and takes a lot of the headache out of filing taxes. I have used it for years and plan on continuing to do so.

Turbotax is always dependable a easy to use. It's easy to understand and being able to submit a few returns for myself and my kids makes it worthwhile.

Love using turbo tax deluxe. So easy to use. It carries over information from last years taxes where needed. Being able to get it from Best Buy is another bonus. It is delivered right to my door.

no one likes to do taxes but turbotax makes it so easy. You just import your info and boom it asks the easy yes/no questions. If you need help they even have live chat or a phone call

It’s so easy to use. Just put in the numbers of your income or wages in the boxes until you finish it through the end. Then print it out to mail or save it on your computer and then e-file it.

This is excellent tax software, but can be expensive if you have multiple people in the household to file for and multiple states that you need to download, which unfortunately applies to me.

Easy to use, pulls in your information from last year's return if you use it each year. It downloads your w2 information. It walks you though each step. Makes filing your taxes much easier.

This is the seventh year in a row I have used this product. It’s easy and requires little on my part to complete if I have all my forms. I will most likely continue to use it in the future.

I have used TurboTax to do my taxes for many years. Step by step process makes it easier to complete the returns. You have the option to file electronically or print the returns to mail.

Love this program. We always get this program for taxes. Only this was we could not use it in our new laptop we got specially for this. We had to use it in my father in law's old laptop.
