Have used for about 10 years, it imports the previous years data, so less retyping. Does Fed and State. Never had a problem, love it (as taxes go).

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years now. The first time you use it, it will save you a little time over doing your tax returns on paper. However, each subsequent year that you use it, things go much faster. TurboTax asks you to confirm information from previous years, and if little or nothing has changed, you can complete your returns very quickly. I've yet to have any difficulty with it. Many questions are answered through the software itself. I've yet to have to use any of the additional help services. Very good useful product.

I have been using this program every year for the past 10 years. Every year it gets easier and less complex, especially when used with Quicken.

Program allows you to do it yourself and save accounting fees. You can choose a full walk thru, enter info on your own, or a combination of both. You can easily swap between a walk through--questions and answer session, or the forms view where you just enter the numbers on your own. It also checks the info at the end and prompts you to recheck any areas that maybe you forgot to fill in or has potential problems. Includes program for 1 state which is all most people need. Federal on line filing is included but there is a fee to file state online.

Process went very smoothly - program prompted for all details, and handled both Federal and State taxes quickly, accurately, and professionally.
