Good product for business purposes.

Mid-year, I moved from Missouri to Florida. There is a glitch in accurately calculating Missouri state taxes. The software wants me to pay taxes on my Florida income to Missouri. Called TurboTax and spoke with a representative. They took my info, but have not called me back. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

Great for doing fed and state taxes

The only problem is that this year's program did not have a phone number so I had to use last year's. Thank god the number had not been changed. Also there was no download option this year unlike in the past. .

It walks you through and if you're not sure on a section it has a "help" section that gives you examples. Been using this one for 10 years. My husband has a part time side business. Very helpful..

Good software for personal use

However it doesnt support stock transactions beyond 3000 transactions.Also for each additional state there is $39 fee,on t op of e filing fee of 19.so in spite of the good software my costs came close to CPA costs
