I have used Turbotax for 7 years now. I find the program easy to use with step by step instructions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is you have to pay for all state tax returns, before you process one for free.

I bought this program for my daughters use. Program works great Help over the phone was as advertised. No question they could not answer
