I've been using turbotax for years now and I've never bothered to check OS requirements because I've never had an issue until now. For some reason, the system requirements have changed this year for Mac to require Mojave. Since I have an old MacBook and can no longer upgrade to OS Mojave, this software is useless to me now. I'll have to file online and pay another $70+ meanwhile I can't return this disc to BestBuy since it's open. Sure, it's my fault I didn't check the system requirements but maybe BestBuy needs to put a sign to alert folks to check the requirements since this is something that has previously never been an issue. i wish I could get a refund for my purchase.

Same good Turbotax and it came quickly from Best Buy. You really take customer satisfaction to heart. Don't go out much from the Covid junk so the quick delivery was super.

It's Turbotax. I haven't done my taxes yet, but this will be the 8th consecutive year I have used Turbotax. I believe it to be a good, thorough product.

WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT IT....MAKES THE UNDESIREABLE CHORE OF DOING TAXES, AT LEAST WITH LESS STRESS....ALL I HAVE TO FIND IS THE CASH TO PAY THOSE TAXES!

I've been using Turbo Tax now nearly 30 years. I use the premier Edition now because I have employee stock offerings that I must account for.

Always reliable but surprisingly stupid for 2021! As an example although it was smart enough to pre-populate this year's return by finding last years on my system, later on it asked ME for form 1040 line blah's figure. That's lazy and stupid on Intuit's part!

This software make Tax return a breeze. Very easy to use great tutorials. Submitting the forms is very easy which makes a quick return.

Followed the prompts for the most part. It was difficult to figure out how to carry over from last year's return. Call in service not helpful at all. The agent was working from home. Focused on something there rather than my question.
