    I purchased this because it was the only program with a disc. I do not want a digital download -- too many problems and no way to resolve them.

    I started using Turbo Tax more than 15 years ago, so I feel fairly stuck with it. Very slow, on any device. Hard to find info.

    The premier version of Turbo Tax is more expensive than I think it should be; however with the complex tax codes it helps for people without a too complicated return.
