If this was my first time using it I would never use it again! Multiple unsuccesful attempts to install from disc; hours on phone with clueless tech support (they kept telling me to "install program" or "return to BestBuy ").

Very annoying software updates

However, I do not understand the point of the countless subsequent updates. What are these software updates about? Isn't TT supposed to be ready to use by the time the tax season opens? Sometimes, it takes me several weeks to complete my tax return. Every time I open TT, there are updates. Instead of picking up from where I left, I have to wait to install and restart. What if I send my return early, is anything going to go wrong because of missing updates? TT needs to explain what the software updates are about.

Purchases at Best Buy

Turbo tax has gone up over the years then they want to charge extra to e- file state taxes. We went to get a Fitbit for my belated birthday gift. The young salesmen had an attitude that made me feel dumb because I’m older and not tech savvy.

Not a great experience

Always could file 5 returns - fed and state - this year 5 fed and 1 state. Won't let you do state for print & mail after 1, have to pay.
