TurboTax is a reliable and familiar tax prep software. I like that it draws my information from last year's return and saves me time. I've used TurboTax for over 20 years, and will continue to use it.

I always used TurboTax Deluxe until they put less in the Deluse and I had to go to Premier version. It was like the grocery people. A package of coffee was 1 lb, then a package was 13 oz. and now it may be 11, 9, or anything else. Instead of raising the price they give you less. Because they gave you less in the Deluxe, I had to pay more to get the Premier. Intuit got a lot of flack about this trick and I saaid I would never use it again. But, I keep buying it because it is easier to use because I a famliiar with the way it works. But I hate myself every year for using it.

I love this product. It is easy to use and accurate. Used this software for over 10 years. Easier than taking it to an auditor.I The software will update if a new version is available.

Easy to use. And easy to print, save, & track the status of your return. And well worth the price, especially if you use it for multiple returns.

Though not the fault of Turbo Tax, a problem has shown up for purchases of some newer models of desktops that do not offer a CD player. I have regularly used Turbo Tax in the past and found it to be excellent as installed on a CD. Unfortunately, my new HP All-In-One does not offer a CD player and forces me to use my Turbotax purchase through their website. I found this to be less flexible and satisfactory, requiring me to repeat some pages whenever I went back to fill in some new information just received in the mail. I suppose I could have waited until I was certain I had all the bank and other 2020 statements in hand before starting to fill out the Turbotax forms, but I like to clear my desk as the tax documents come in. Further, the CD seemed to allow skipping around the documents more easily. However, not yet having finished my forms as I'm still awaiting some source documents, I think this is basically a program that can be helpful to most taxpayers.

Easiest and most accurate way to get your taxes done. My taxes are a bit more complex than the average person but turbo tax premier makes it simple.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years to do my own income tax returns. As our tax situations have gotten a little more complicated over the years, I have been able to upgrade the software package to meet the needs (recently, I started using the Premier version due to the proceeds of the sale of my wife's parents' house, and of my parents' house). Filing both federal and state returns electronically thru Turbo Tax has been simple and convenient.

Turbo Tax is great! So easy to use because it walks you thru the whole process and gets you the most back based on your answers!

Can't go wrong with Turbo Tax. Been using it since about 2000. Have never had any issues. You learn so much about taxes plus it's easier than you think. It still makes me wonder why anybody will go to a tax service and pay so much when you could do it yourself for way cheaper. Maybe if you had a business, where things could get tricky (BTW-there's a TT for that too) I could see talking to a tax pro. But for most people that have a regular basic job, and even a few stock investments, TT is the only way to go.

A must have every year. It is easy snd accurate and saves a bunch on preparation fees if your situation is not overly complicated.

Turbotax Premier is great product. Have used this software before and it is easy to use. Turbotax will guide you along with questions and makes it easy to input data. Last year's information is there so you don't have to input it again. Also download the state and again the data is there from last year. Used to use the deluxe and upgraded to the premier but both are easy to use.

Use it every year. So easy to use and understand. Seamless transfer of information from year to year.

Having used Turbotax for many years, I admit to being somewhat biased in its favor. However, having said that, it is simple to use and from what I can tell, accurate. I first switched to this after paying an accountant hundreds of dollars to process my return. This not only saved money on the purchase, but I found that the accountant used a similar, if not identical software to manage my filing. Highly recommended.

First time doing taxes this way. Loved it. Saved money in areas I would have missed.

TurboTax is excellent easy-to-use software for most tax filers. This year’s version is typical. I use the Premier very because it makes it easy to handle stock sales that can occur with some of my fund investments, but the Deluxe version works fine for most people. I like how TurboTax remembers and populates things you entered in previous years to the current year to speed the process. Highly recommended.

The self generated pages for entering required tax data and information were easy to use. All went well until the very end when I tried to use the page for entering credit card information. The bottom of the page and it’s buttons ran off the bottle of my computer screen. No matter how I struggled, I could not shrink the page or pull it up to find the button to advance to the next page. Gave up trying and went the other choice to have Turbo Tax fees taken from the expected REFUND. This is the second year in a row to experience this anomaly. Last year a Turbo Tax person on the line took control of my computer screen to complete this process.
