Turbo tax is easy and fast to use. It walks me through everything at a great price.

Fastest/easiest way to doing your own taxes. Each year you use it, the easier it gets because it can call up prior year returns to help you avoid mistakes and oversights. All menu driven so you can be guided one step at a time or jump to those items you’ve got the tax forms from. Work at your own pace, finish when you want, ask questions and finally, digitally submit your return. No fuss no muss.

I got this version because I thought (and still do) that it would help with tracking stock purchases. This product totally took care of the download of my stock history (from my on-line broker) and all the tax accounting in 2 minutes (figuratively). I was wow'd. I laughed when I printed out my tax return with all the forms I was otherwise unfamiliar with.

Purchased to see how it compared with H&R Block Deluxe software regarding K-1 income. Not really any differences. Otherwise, it is pretty good software. Unfortunately, I have used H&RB software for so long, TurboTax really did not win me over. Also, H&RB has local offices I can go to when I have a really difficult question. TurboTax help is only online. I better understand tax conversations when I can sit across the desk with someone.

TurboTax has a very well designed interface. I like the feature that you may stop at any point in working on your return and come back and continue at another day. One thing to be aware of there were additional software updates in the first three weeks in February, so don't file too early.

Seems more streamlined and quicker this year. It met all my needs. It still irks me that the direct deposit fee and processing is so high. After all it’s a computer that electronically transfers the funds. After all I can electronically pay all my bills without a fee!!!!! Do why can’t taxes and refunds be the same???!!! Somebody getting a lot richer off of us.

Good product that makes filing tax returns easy. I made a mistake buying the CD, when I should have purchased the digital download because my computer doesn't have a CD drive. Even though I didn't realize the mistake until after the 15 day return policy, Best Buy was great to work with and they allowed me to exchange the CD for the digital download.

I've used Turbotax forever, and have rarely been disappointed. Yes, I've tried other tax programs, several also good, but always come back to Turbotax mainly because of familiarity. Even when I've used professional tax services when in business for myself, I've used Turbotax to prepare the needed data for them, and it saved me tons in hourly fees.

I typically use H& R block since its cheaper, but decided to splurge and use Turbotax this year. I have a rental property, and wanted to see if this program was worth the extra money. Quite honestly, it was hard to tell. This program works very well, but hard to say if I might opt for the less expensive program next year.

Every easy to use. I’ve used turbo tax for 3 years now and I love how easy it is, especially using the premiere edition. It guides you through all the questions and it’s very easy to understand. I purchase the tax help afterwards just in case of an audit, so I can be at peace knowing that my taxes were done right.

Have used TurboTax for tax preparation for as long as I can remember. Historically used the online version which does make it “easier,” particularly with not having to worry about having a copy of the software on file to open and view previous year returns. Physical disc advantage is ability to file up to 5 federal returns, so makes more sense for multiple filers in your household. Easy order/pickup. Glad Best Buy also sells this!

Excellent product. I use every year to complete my taxes. I appreciate the external and personal support and have used it to help me with various tax issues. Very easy to use. Only issue I have is it always insists on updating its files when you open it. This can take 5 to 15 minutes.

Been using TurboTax for many years and always worked for me. Walks me through everything. Occasionally I will have to research how to enter things that are out of the norm situations but they have forums that you can research how to enter them.

I have used Turbotax for year and it worked very good and never had a problem filing my taxes for me and my mother. This year I was unable to input last years info because I think it will no longer support older versions of Windows It only supports windows 10 Other then that It is very easy to use and had no problem inputting new years data. I still inputting data and have not filled sur e hope not to have a problem there It seams the printing on the box is getting smaller and harder to read every year what a pain.

As usual TurboTax made taxes easy. Once set up, it seamlessly transfers your information and shorten the time to do taxes significantly. It is nice to have the option to walk through all of the areas or choose the ones that you need. I have used it for years and it makes paying the government easier.

Good program. Easy to use, Good data transfer from previous years. Had a problem, but tech support was good.
