I use Turbotax every year to file mine and my 3 adult children's taxes. It's a great product and it makes filing your taxes easy. You can do up to 5 federal and state tax returns on one program.

I’ve used TurboTax for several years and I’ve found it to be a great option for my tax prep. I’ve found that Best Buy’s price is very competitive with other stores and even with online prices. I know there are other tax prep software and online packages available but it’s nice to know you can still buy CD versions if that’s your thing.

I have used TurboTax each year for almost two decades. I am a loyal repeat customer. I have not yet started the 2020 version, but I will in the coming days. I'm expecting no difficulties.

I’ve used Turbo Tax for 10 years or more. I fine it easy to use (after 10 years), and switching between forms and interview mode provides an insight into how your answers are used.

It loaded from the disc using an accessory eternal drive, then updated, and very matter of factly tells you the forms aren't even available, so no rush. Still a very good product.

Well what can you say about doing your taxes. It either works or it doesn't. Still much much better than doing it by hand or paying to have some one else do it for you.

As usual a necessary product for filing my taxes every year. I needed the extra function of doing small business and rental property so I had to buy the Premiere version.

I bought TurboTax as a creature of habit. I’ve always used them and it’s always been simple since I have a simple return. This year I had to buy the premier because I sold some stocks. I was not pleased with all the hidden fees. I’ve never had to pay to e-file with TurboTax before. So I paid $80 for the disk, $45 for an additional state, then when you get to the end it’s another $25 PER STATE to file it. And if you want that $25 PER STATE to come out of your refund, it’s an additional $40 PER OCCURRENCE. The desktop version is not as user friendly as the online version. For $175 I could have hired a top notch tax accountant to file my taxes. Never again TurboTax!!!!

I have been using turbotax for a long time now and I find this very easy to use. The only reason for 4 stars is because sometimes if a wrong selection is made but the selection is reverted or changed the program still remembers the original selection and it may show up as an error in the final review.

I have used TurboTax for over25 years. It is fast, easy, and wise to understand how the tax system really works. With e-file now it's even better than the early years.

We have been using Turbo Tax for years. It's great! It will automatically populate your info from last year and you just plug in the numbers!

This item was useful in my completing my 2020 income tax on line and submitting it to the IRS and State of Illinois within the requirements and the time line required by the IRS. The guidance on the forms helped to process the return on a timely basis. The cost for this product was worth it.

Turbotax walks you through and when you have a question it is simple to search for the answer. I have used turbotax for many years and will continue to use it.

you got to pay your taxes! and turbo tax helps you do it. Very easy to install and the prompts help you with your tax prep. Have been using it for 15 years now.

I have been doing my tax every year. Turbo tax software works very well for me. I can save a lot of morning to do for my whole family at just cost of the software.

Handles most tax issues without any problem. Had to call tech support a couple of times due to special circumstances concerning stimulus payments that occurred during 2020 pandemic and death in family but they were able to navigate the problem and use the software to fix the issue.
